Sprouts, Micro-greens and Health
Learning how to grow sprouts, such as mung beans and alfalfa, and micro-greens, such as lentils, is both fun and very important for the health of you and your family. As sprouts and micro-greens can be grown inside the home, they are an ideal way to grow delicious and healthy food for those who do not have space for a vegetable garden.
